Stone engraving

One of the advantageous features of the Decorart Company is carving stone on the CNC machine (computer numerical control tool). There is an opportunity of manufacturing any designs at the customer’s discretion.

There are several methods used in this work:

– The vector method (the milling cutter goes its way strictly according to the vector line);

– The inner-vector method (the milling cutter goes its way inside the vector line);

– The background method (the milling cutter passes outside the vector line and cuts the background);

– The combined method (in this kind of processing it is possible to set up different scales of depth on different areas of the product).

To have the order performed according to the chosen drawing you will have to present the vector file in the dxf or eps. format, to give a description of what you would like to see as the final result as well as technical design specification. We will calculate the estimate and inform you about the cost of work. It is possible to process marble, sandstone, slate, limestone and so on. The processed surface of the tabletop is 100 cm x 150 cm. We will be glad to help and to provide necessary consultations concerning the points of interest.
